I am the Dorset Area Group Organiser for the 3mm Society.
The reason for choosing 3mm is that I can do some real modelling without the distraction of Ready to run models.
At present I have a 3mm layout, Hennock, which has been exhibited several times. It is also booked for several shows in the future. Currently I am building another 3mm Layout-Teignford.

The Signal Mans Dog.
Faithfully waiting for his master to finish his shift, Woody stands guard at the bottom of the Signal Box steps.
These scenes were seen all over the railway system in days gone by.
Today, with H&S it would not be seen- or would it?
