I am the Dorset Area Group Organiser for the 3mm Society.
The reason for choosing 3mm is that I can do some real modelling without the distraction of Ready to run models.
At present I have a 3mm layout, Hennock, which has been exhibited several times. It is also booked for several shows in the future. Currently I am building another 3mm Layout-Teignford.

Greenwood Model Railway SR Hut.
These are just like a wooden jig-saw puzzle.
Cleanly lazer cut the roof, shown here, just slots together.
I must get in touch with Mike or Nick to make me some 3mm ones!
