The start of September see's the Exhibition Season start in earnest.
The Bournemouth Airshow and Great Dorset Steam Fair is in full swing. The unexploded WW2 100 pound bomb found on Bournemouth beach has been destroyed by controlled explosion. This was carried out after Friday's firework display!
The Red Arrows have been in action and poignantly the memorial to the pilot of Red 4, Jon Egging was unveiled shortly before the flight.
Plus the Vulcan is promised over Saturday and Sunday so thats more modelling time lost-View from the top of my house is spectacular- will miss the scaffolding next year!
Hennock and Teignford are on show this month, Hennock at Gillingham, Dorset on the 15th with Teignford at the 3mm Westfest in Ilton the weekend before.
Add to this the Dorset Group meeting and we have a very busy month.
